Terms and conditions

It is the catalogue and calling card for the work of Ana Vélez Iglesias. It shows available pieces with their code, size, technique and, where applicable, price.

It is not an online shop: nothing can be bought here. Every sale is agreed directly with the artist on WhatsApp.

Prices shown are indicative and may change without notice. Prices are set in Mexican pesos; the US dollar figure is a rounded conversion at the exchange rate current when the site was published, offered as guidance only. The amount charged is the peso price on the day of the transaction.

No price includes shipping, special packing, insurance, duties or import taxes. All of that is quoted separately by size and destination.

A work appearing in the catalogue does not guarantee it is available. A piece may have been sold or reserved before the site was updated. Real availability is always confirmed on WhatsApp.

Nothing published here constitutes a binding offer. A sale is concluded when artist and buyer agree on piece, price and delivery terms.

All works reproduced here, along with the photographs, texts and the artist’s signature, belong to Ana Vélez Iglesias and are protected under Mexican copyright law.

Buying a work transfers ownership of the physical object, not the copyright in the image. Reproducing, printing, modifying or commercially using images from this site is not permitted without the artist’s written consent.

Logos, official documents and press coverage shown here belong to their respective owners and are reproduced for information and accreditation purposes only.

Sizes and details of each piece are published in good faith. Where a measurement is still to be confirmed, the site says so explicitly and shows no price.

The site links to WhatsApp and Instagram. Using them places you under those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies, over which the artist has no control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Puebla, Puebla.
