What to know before buying a piece: how it is agreed, how it travels and what is included.

01 · How to buy

You write on WhatsApp quoting the code of the work. Ana confirms availability, final price and delivery terms.

The purchase is closed by direct agreement. There is no payment gateway on the site; payment methods are agreed in the conversation.

A piece is considered reserved once an agreed deposit is received. The work is then marked as reserved in the catalogue.

02 · What is included

An original work signed on the front by the artist, at the point the work itself calls for.

A certificate of authenticity with code, size, technique, date and signature. On the back of the canvas: code and signature, nothing more.

The price excludes shipping, insurance, duties and import taxes unless expressly agreed.

Prices are set in Mexican pesos. The US dollar figure in the catalogue is an indicative conversion at the current exchange rate and may vary.

03 · Domestic shipping

The work travels stretched on its frame, rigidly crated. Cost is quoted by size and destination.

Delivery times depend on the courier and destination, and are confirmed when the purchase is agreed.

04 · International shipping

Unless agreed otherwise, the work travels rolled in a rigid tube: it is the safe and sensible way to move a large canvas between countries. The buyer has it stretched on arrival, which usually costs around USD 100.

Shipping, duties, import taxes and any customs procedures are paid by the buyer.

The artist hands the work to the courier properly packed and shares the tracking number. Transit risk is covered by whatever insurance the buyer chooses to take out.

05 · Damage, returns and commissions

Inspect the piece on arrival. If it arrives damaged in transit, report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the work, so a claim can be filed with the courier.

As these are original, one-of-a-kind works, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Anything else is resolved in good faith, case by case.

Commissioned work requires a deposit and cannot be cancelled once the piece is under way, being made to the client’s specification.
